PLANNING
Planning applications are received by the Parish Council for comment.
They will be considered by the Council at the next available Council meeting or as outlined in the Council's protocol for Planning Applications (Adopted 7 March 2017)
Site notices are posted by North Norfolk District Council planning officers as close as possible to the relevant site.
Planning Applications may be viewed on the NNDC website through its online planning search. Enter the relevant application number shown on the site notice.
It should be noted that the Parish Council is not a planning authority; it cannot determine applications. However, its comments could have a bearing on whether the application goes before the District Council Planning Committee and it always welcomes the comments of those who are directly affected by a development.
Progress and updates on the NNDC Draft Local Plan 2016-36 are available for comment and consultation.
